Pros

Compensation is fine for NEWBIES in BPO

Cons

You'll be transferred to different teams every after you're upskilled to a new account. Therefore, you'll get separated from your original teammates and need to adjust everytime you will be transferred. You'll eventually realize it's better to just resign and apply to other company since you'll also experience going back to zero and make new friends. LOL Alsoooooo you're required to OT-Y (over time without pay) for 45 mins outside of your working hours (atleast 2-3 times a week). Company said it's a REQUIREMENT and you can't say NO or you'll be sanctioned. The 1st and 2nd break for 15 mins everyday is also not paid that's why you have an excess of 30 mins at the end of the shift. (If your shift is 9pm, you end of shift is 6:30am instead of 6am). LOOOOOOOOLLLLL

Pros

I must say that having this as my first job gave me the opportunity to learn from the basics, earn additional skills (both work and in life), and develop my career growth. They also offer great communications training which would definitely help someone who is into developing their comm skills.

Cons

None that I can think of.
