- Everything else related to corporate/HQ.
- Very untrustworthy group of leadership and management.
- Leadership and management say one thing, do another
- Leadership teams are not aligned
- A ton of people have little side gigs because they think they are entrepreneurs also, but instead it means less time working for EOS regardless of "full-time" expectations, which resulted in hard workers being blocked to get anything done. The amount of people who were working less than 30 hours a week while being paid for 40+ was unreal.
- The creator of EOS isn't even involved and seems very distant in general...always a red flag for me. Even he doesn't want to be associated it seems by what it's become.
- Everything related to software and technology has been a failure. They are years behind and now trying to make up for it, BUT here's the kicker...they have no real strategy or plan to make that happen.
- Any reviews that equate EOS to a cult or mlm...it's pretty accurate.
- Anytime something isn't working well, they blame it on "purity." Reality is they let people make decisions who had no business making decisions.
- They are hurting for cash, lost a ton of money on EOS One builds and now are desperate to make it profitable so are going to hire a ton of developers....until they they throw them away as indispensable minions too. It happens every year.
