EOS preaches these “core values” and claims to hire and fire based on you meeting these values. Do the right thing, work hard, Grow or Die. In reality it is a method to control their employees. To convince their employees the company is different. Peace and love is what they’ll tell you daily.
Meanwhile, they’ll keep their employees in the dark and seemingly randomly lay off a third of their work force signing the email “We Love you so much. Bye bye now!”
Unsurprisingly, the company has neglected their precious core values. What type of company with the slogan “Grow or Die” lays off 33% of their staff overnight?
