Pros

Paid time off policy, remote.

Cons

Leadership, Culture, Work Environment, Hypocrisy. A "training company" with leadership that promotes training other people how to run their businesses better, but is clueless in running its own. Constantly changing direction with no real plan of execution, burdening staff and not taking accountability. Core values are a joke so you're constantly working with toxic people. The work life balance is bad and everyone is running around with no real direction. No one in leadership can even give solid answers pertaining to the system, people just pretend to know it, but change answers when convenient. Constant turnover and people hired or promoted as leaders who are not good at it.

While we take feedback seriously, we are serious about our core values. We are encouraged by the majority of team members here who exhibit and share those core values. As an entrepreneurial company, we execute based on our vision and yet remain flexible to pivot and change direction when necessary.

Pros

A lot of intelligent, kind people in the company. Remote work.

Cons

EOS senior leadership preaches and preaches and preaches their values, but they don't live them. Senior leadership is truly out of their depth. What they lack in skill, expertise, and experience they make up for in hubris and overconfidence. There is a kindergarten culture at EOS. Senior leadership consistently talks down to, talks at, and lectures employees (including other leadership). Pay and benefits are mediocre. Consistent and repeated layoffs for the past year.

We understand that this season of change has been difficult for our team members and the company as a whole. However, we categorically disagree with your assessment of the EOSW Leadership Team. You may not realize that there are many stakeholders who contribute to critical and strategic decisions that impact the organization. Recently, those decisions included scaling back our teams and getting "Back to Basics" to achieve the right structure for our company's long-term viability and vision. As a current team member, we encourage you to enter the danger and live the Help First and Do the Right Thing core values by openly and honestly expressing your concerns to EOSW leadership rather than posting your misguided perceptions in an anonymous forum. We have many opportunities for dialogue and would appreciate your constructive feedback rather than harsh judgment based on your own limitations of information and understanding.
