It's a pretty relaxed atmosphere to work in and if you're on the boss's good side, one of his buddies, he can be quite generous.

If you're not on the boss's good side - look out. It doesn't matter how well you do your job, you will be gone or your life made miserable until you are gone. And if you take your concerns to the board - they do nothing but report back to the boss what you've said as they're pretty much all in his pocket.

If you like tea, they have a large selection.

ExEc Director is a two-faced bully and egotistical bumbaclot, who has no idea how to run a business w/o taking it BK. He is a good talking head, but he lacks depth. Extremely high turn over. Before the current ExEc took over, there were 5 ExEc Directors in a 16 month span. Employees don't stick around long either.
