Pros
They listen very well to your interests and career goals and find very suitable projects. The account managers give valuable feedback during interviews and while working on a project. Great soft skill training is available. Overall, very friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Cons
The only thing is that the account managers can be very busy sometimes but even then, they will always make time when needee.
