Good company but poor governance / management style - Compliance and Risk ENGIE Employee Review

Poor governance, work environment is not attractive and not international. lack of consistency starting with policies and procedures, a poor management style, managers do not seem to be provided with the right tools and trainings and it’s maybe not their fault ?. Performance is not rewarded equally accros the organisation. A company which can do a much bigger business.
