      Flexible start/finish times Big company to have on your cv

      Cons

      Very difficult for a new colleague to make friends at work. Often left new tasks without instructions on how to do it. Upper management have little or no involvement in your progression.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
