Pros

Meeting a couple of friends while in the job Nothing else!

Cons

Constant worry about pay, wondering if you will get the correct amount that you’re owed, even when all timesheets went in correctly. The “not my problem” attitude when challenging incorrect pay. The overtime that ONLY gets given to the “click” Ask for courses/training falls on deaf ears emails ignored completely. Constantly having to cover and protect ourselves from Engies Errors to the customer. Contracts all incorrect HR/payroll as much use a a chocolate fire guard. Unfair distribution of work. Intrest of fairness only worked for OT distribution and effectively stopping it for certain people. When asking for PPE and work wear it was an issue having to remind that it’s LAW that company has to supply it. Toxic company
