Pros

OK offices, Whitehall Road location is good, Good people to work with. Chances for progression. Growing company. Investing heavily on systems at present.

Cons

Growing company however that means they recently cut lots of benefits i.e yearly bonus is gone which is a massive blow to everybody. The company went from 500 employee business to 17000 people business when merged with Cofely therefore cut every budget out there for rewarding employees however this probably means a good job security on the other hand. Currently the systems/departments that dont talk to each other can be frustrating and old outdated systems that don't communicate with each other can cause serious frustrations.

Pros

Great PTO benefits, very flexible.

Cons

There are certainly favorites among leadership. If you are on management's good side, you may see opportunities that others won't. Most internal promotions are decided before the job even posts, they just have to go through the formalities of posting/interviewing.
