Pros

Colleagues and management: it's a big company so it's depend to whom you work with..I worked with some supervisor that were the worst person I ever work with, at a personal and professional level; coincidentally all three english, absolutely unprofessional and incompetent, I asked myself how they were able to cover their positions of responsibility and how did they get the job.. But I worked also with some other colleagues and managers that were more competent and human, so it's really depend.. Salary: They offer the London living wage for the entry level position, so very honest.

Cons

Same as above for the colleagues and managers. Contract: they offer all type of contrat, unfortunately they hire people also at a 0 hours contract, that is a shame.

Pros

The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

Cons

The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
