You get to work on some high profile projects.
Cons
The MEPF design side of this company is very much an old school sweatshop. Expect to be told to work overtime consistently. No OT pay if you have your PE license too. Managers will yell at and ridicule employees in front of everyone. Managers will have no problem throwing you under the bus to clients when you’re not around. But you’ll find out because one of the project architects from the consulting firm will tell you about it. It’s a very toxic place.
