People are wonderful, ad tech stack is comprehensive, as there is a solution to every need an advertising calls for.
Cons
Management needs a ton of restructuring; there is an overall sense of corporate misalignment that seems to be coming from the top down. Entire organization lacks transparency and communication internally.
