Friendly place to work - Anonymous employee EMC Security Employee Review

EMC Security is definitely a company that goes above and beyond for its employees and it's customers. In the 2 years that I have worked here I've enjoyed participating in numerous offsite events that have helped in building professional relationships with my coworkers and have made me have a stronger appreciation for the company. The management team, especially the president and vice president are extremely approachable and always encouraging. Between the paid time off, benefits package/401 k, and extra activities they provide, I truly love that I get to come to work at such a great place!!

Not enough training and guidance is always provided for new hires.

Generally, a nice place to work. The company tries to provide a pleasant atmosphere; coffee/tea available all the time, gym to work out in, occasional company lunches.

Not enough technicians available for the work load. Instead of focusing on customer service, and providing the best to their existing customers, they are constantly trying to recruit new customers. I guess they don't understand that people are loyal, and if you give them good service, they will stay with the company. Instead, they are worried about getting new "deals", rather than what made their company different from other alarm companies.
