      Love working at ELVTR, my department and team is friendly and helpful and really kind, we work well together and the CEO is a great guy

      long work hours, although I dont mind it and I usually end up working longer because I want too

      Pros

      The ELVTR team is dedicated to helping instructors succeed. They communicate frequently and clearly with instructors, help design learning opportunities, and provide on-hands support for every class. Constant feedback helps instructors address problems before they grow out of control. Highly recommended.

      Cons

      The system seems to work better for larger, more expensive classes, whereas it would be nice to fill in between 6-week sessions with smaller, one-off sessions to bring students back.
