Pros
Small company allows you the opportunity to wear multiple hats and learn a lot. Aside from the CEO, team is friendly and cooperative.
Cons
CULTURE: There is very little accountability and integrity in one's performance. As a manager, you will have to chase and follow up continuously to ensure action items are completed, I'm usually against micro-managing but it's required at this company because of the supported behaviors of key individuals. This is a place where people either settle or learn then leave. A handful of the long term staff is related to the CEO, which may explain why they're obligated to stay and/or have not yet quit. As many reviewers below mentioned , you can expect cursing and just plain unprofessionalism from the CEO, this may be due to culture, or may be due reasons I can not type here. Either way, this is an organization that lacks leadership and is operated purely by fear of the boss. Employees are NOT valued by CEO, rather treated like working bee's. Very high turnover rates. STRATEGY: CEO reacts to business rather than investing in strategy creating spin and inefficiencies which is ironic since every other word that comes out of her mouth is "company time" CEO only cares about bottom line and not the wellness of it's people which is yet another ironic feature of a company operating in a service industry PROCESS For a company that boast 20+ years of existence , there are many cracks in it's system. MISC Be warned by fluff reviews, there are few members that work offsite and do not experience the full wrath of this CEO's behavior.
