Manager Turnover sometimes leads to loss of direction

company car was a good perk. good quality products overall

very poor insurance plan; aspirational & ambitious market growth goals - totally unrealistic based on actions and inadequate local investment in saleable inventory; management controlled by India, not US team which means there's a serious disconnect. poor after sales support and admin. Weak US leadership - unprofessional and lacking a moral compass at times. Poor support of distribution - not honoring warranty claims / making excuses for denials. too bad because ELGI could be much more due to good product quality and development. Management doesn't listen to honest feedback which holds the company back. Reason: US management controlled by India so they can't take the necessary actions for growth.
