I valued the regular check-ins with management, the transparency in communication from leadership, and the outstanding employee benefits the organization provides. Most of all, I always felt that ELGA genuinely cares about its people and the broader community, with a true commitment to helping others thrive. I consistently felt supported in my professional growth, with encouragement and guidance from leaders across the organization.

I felt the annual compensation review process could use improvement, though the generous 401k match and incentive payouts added tremendous value (benefits I’ve since realized are quite rare).
