Pros
1. I have worked at many product and services companies. In my opinion, the work they do is legit. very incredible and real work. I worked on some really good products that are now part of the big ecosystems and are used everywhere. 2. Salary is competitive. could be better. 3. They also do Mindfulness session and fitness session. 4. They have a Self Development Labs that focuses on professional and personal growth. I dont think any company of this size does anything like this for employees. So big Win for Eldaas 5. (they give all the benefits like fitness wellness, continuous education, wfh etc) 6. overall highly recommend it for the culture
Cons
1. location is a little further away from City 2. Salary could be better as i said above 3. Sometimes too many projects
