Pros

I can't actually think of anything.

Cons

There's no real training. No benefits. I got a broken chair, a broken computer, and a disgusting mouse to work with. In a room with no real AC, and I was told there was no restroom for employees. You're thrown into stuff without ANY outline of what they actually want. On top of that, I was supposed to come up with something that should cost the company at least 25 grand... but I only get 2 grand to make it? Every employee looked at me like I was below them. They treated me like I'm nothing. Half of them didn't even acknowledge me when I greeted them. I have more technical training than any of them, and I did nothing to deserve that. You are worked like a dog, with no real pay. For a company that really does look like a scam. Take a look around when you're there and look at how many different company names are listed. It took me most of the first day of work to find out WHAT the company name is. Had they actually listed their company name on their Indeed listing, and I found this glass door, I would have never accepted the job.

Pros

Saw some of the reviews on here and I feel they are widely inconsistent with that's really going on. I've been here for almost 3 years so a lot of the reviews I've read are somewhat strange. 1. Bathrooms are actually really nice, they and the entire office look like it came out of a fashion magazine. No idea how this is a sticking point for people. Seriously the bathrooms are nicer than the ones I have at home. (Honestly, it's weird people complain about this here) 2. Management lets you be your own boss (to a point). Yes, you will take orders on certain tasks/projects, but it's up to you on how to complete it. The results are more important than the journey here and if you are a person with a good work ethic then you won't have any issues. If you're the type of person who takes a 30 minute task and won't get it done for a day or two, then maybe its not for you. 3. Details matter here more than any other place I've ever worked at. Don't come into work with a poor attitude or the feeling you can't get stuff done. If you like to solve problems then everyday is a new adventure. Personally I don't like to be a robot and do the same thing everyday so always coming into work with a new outlook is refreshing at least to me. 4. CEO. Everything I have been promised from day one has been given to me. 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, PTO, etc. I got it all like I was told, so I don't know what people are talking about when they say its all a scam. Anybody with a brain can see if stuff is accurate or not and I can confirm mine has been since day 1. No complaints. 5. People in the office are cool. I won't say I'm genuine friends with anybody here like buddy-buddy, but I do like everybody and everybody gets along and works well together. We celebrate holidays, birthdays (always some cake in the break-room on these days). I wouldn't work here if I didn't like the people or atmosphere. Lots of people from all over the world work here so learning about the different cultures and languages has been really cool (weird, non-work bonus I guess). Hebrew, Spanish, Arabic, French, etc. PS. Had a brother who needed a job and the CEO didn't even hesitate and got him in the next day when I brought it up. Stayed for a year until his school schedule changed significantly, but I won't ever forget that. Really nice of him.

Cons

Like every place there are cons. Biggest one I can see is being able to find good people for the jobs in the office. Maybe corona season changed this too last year, but people come in and get a job, stay for two weeks and just kinda slow down or start messing up after they are qualified for the position. Is unemployment that nice these days? Literally saw somebody get a job and a week later come in quit and say they made more on unemployment when they wouldn't return the company work phone they were given. Made a big scene about it, honestly it was wild that day and made for a funny story to tell friends. If you expect any company these days to pay you more than $4000 a month for an entry shipping position then you're probably off your rocker. The people who do stay turn out to be great people and I enjoy working with them, so maybe the hiring process could be better in this regard. I honestly don't know as my interview was super standard. The entire process to me was standard. A lot of people get hired and then don't work out quick and its a constant process of starting over every so often with a position. End of the day you're only as good as the people you hire. Customers can be hit or miss. The way the company works with third party vendors could be better in representing the brand. A lot of people think just because somebody sells the products they must be us and its really hard to get customers to understand a third party company is independantly owned and operated and this company only wholesales. Other than this I have little to complain about.
