It's a smaller business so the owner really cares about you succeeding and providing value for yourself and the business. I learned quite a lot and was able to get through part of schooling.

At times the workload was hard but other times it balanced out. Nothing wrong with the company its just the ups and down of the firm. Industry has a labor shortage so it happens.
