Pros
I’ve been working here for almost a year, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the most positive and rewarding experiences of my career. The workplace culture is genuinely supportive, and there’s a real emphasis on staff wellbeing, not just in words, but in actions. I feel valued and respected, which is something I haven’t always experienced in previous roles. The team is fantastic, friendly, collaborative, and always willing to help. There’s a strong sense of community, and it makes a huge difference to enjoy coming to work each day. The CEO and also senior management, are approachable and make a real effort to check in regularly, both professionally and personally. That level of care and visibility from leadership is rare and greatly appreciated. There are also excellent opportunities for growth and development. Employees are encouraged to learn, take on new challenges, and progress within the organisation. It’s clear that the company invests in its people and wants them to succeed.
Cons
Honestly, there are very few downsides. The only minor challenge has been adjusting to a slightly different direction compared to my previous roles, but it’s a positive change and one I’m really enjoying embracing. It’s been a great opportunity to grow and broaden my experience.
