Visioners among EGO's top management generate many wonderful ideas on a regular basis to move the company forward and adjust its market position to the needs of our clients. This approach helps me to remain inspired and keeps me busy with improving my team's strategy to make it even more effective and innovative. The CEO is extremely attentive to every employee. Regular feedback is appreciated, new ideas and 1-on-1 meetings are welcome. The team is so friendly we regularly go out for a strike ball\paint ball\snooker session or organize breakfast in the office.
Cons
I'm a remote employee. I am happy about it, but it is also a reason why I may not be able to notice possible flaws in the company. The processes I am involved in are thought-through and yet flexible, which helps the company react quickly to unforeseen circumstances. On the other side, although the company has successfully gone through a few crises, one might find it too small for an IT business established 13 years ago.
