If you have emergencies, depending on your relationship with the manager, they will trouble you by decreasing shifts you would normally be given. There are also zero perks to the jobs, other than a generous 15% off at asda stores. The payrises are ridiculous, I even went from £8.20 to £8.21 one year. If your ever paid incorrect, the head office team will try to make you accept that they will pay you correct the following month. For 3 years they didnt employ a cleaner and had customer service staff clean toilets. The staff are never on time and will say that you cant leave site at the end of your shift until the next person comes to take over.
