Great place, but no career opportunities - Anonymous employee EFI Employee Review

Not enough people to do the work, they hire senior profiles like crazy but no one is there to execute. Not very stable at the moment as part of an investment company. No career advancement for internal people. People are suffering from mental problems quite a bit as it’s stressful not knowing whether you’ll still have a job in a few weeks.
