      Pros

      If you have a role with plenty of stock options (and survive until they vest), you can make a lot of extra money.

      Cons

      Company has no vision, no purpose, beyond making cash for the top brass (and shareholders). Company claims that people matter. Reality is they are just pawns on a chess board. Company has no values.
