      Pros

      11 paid days of vacation. 2 weeks paid off. Regular sick time and CA time paid. 6% 401 k contributions regardless of your contributions. No sales pressure. Overall healthy work culture. Don’t work Saturdays.

      Cons

      Difficult to get vacations approved. Low commission payouts on insurances sold on auto loans.

      Pros

      I loved the people I worked with. Training is relatively good. moral was kept up because we all collectively made it good for ourselves. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Management. My manager should not be in their position. They are not qualified. Period.
