I worked as a Maintenance Technician for EdR. The crew I worked with was phenomenal. The hours were great except in the summer when it was a 6 day/10 hour per day work week. And the benefit package was nearly complete coverage.
Cons
For all the perks came a domineering mentality. Hours are watched heavily. And verbal threats regarding it came swift and often. You're always on the the chopping block so you always are on your guard.
