      Pros

      - The people make the company - The founders put effort into trying to make EDITED a ‘cool’ tech start up - drinks fridge, wework office, company lunches

      Cons

      - Management’s clumsy, unprofessional and often repeat mistakes - Operations team has no formal HR training - This year several employees submitted complaints of harassment and bullying and CEO/COO/Operations continue to ignore them...
