Pros
Good balance between busy and more relaxed times. Good colleagues to work with in the London office and in the French one. Getting to communicate in both English and French. Long annual leave entitlement.
Cons
Sometimes lack of communication between departments/people within the same department. I only get to speak French and English, no German or Spanish unfortunately. In the London office sick days are taken off your annual leave and office always closes the first two weeks of August, so those are compulsory holidays for everyone.
