Pros
Pay and overtime is great in california. Time off give was 3 weeks starting which was nice. The schedule allowed for a lot of time off.
Cons
They didn't run enough crews to help lighten the load. The management was always in shambles because no one knew what actually needed to get done. The Control Center was always treated like they weren't part of the company. They would make separate rules for the control center that didn't apply to the rest of the company. They moved their office to Minnesota from San Diego. They don't have a healthy rotation for the night to day shift. It's too short and your body takes a heavy toll switching from nights to days ever other week.
There weren't very many growth opportunities. It was OP1, OP2, and Supervisor. That's as far as you could go.
