Team has very bright young talent who in many ways keep the company afloat. Work life balance easily maintained. Accommodating to emergency and personal issues requiring leave.

Management is disorganized and stretched too thin. Leadership prioritizes vanity over running a successful company. Over reliant on federal contracts leading to shaky job security. Little to no direction given on projects and expectations resulting in projects staying in development hell. Would take weeks to months to receive approvals. No support from leadership or management on projects to achieve goals. Set up to fail.
