      Pros

      Central location. Partners will defend you to clients. Flexible re working from home requirements.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership. Constant bullying of staff - Several colleagues have left citing mental health reasons. Work you to the bone and pay far below the going rate. Do not pay overtime but expect you to work late every night. Chat not permitted in the office. The highest turnover rate I've ever seen in a job.
