      Haven't paid bonuses in 3 years but have money to buy companies, pay the bank and hire a bunch of consultants to make the company worth more so a couple of people will get a big payout. Questionable practices, arrogant management. They are an employment lawsuit waiting to happen.

      Pros

      I have always believed in Ecore's vision to rid the world of rubber waste and want to see the company realize the level of success it deserves. Pay and benefits align with market. I believe the recently hired COO will help guide the company in the right direction.

      Cons

      The culture that made Ecore what it is today is dying due to rapid growth, unclear direction, and a few Executive leadership team members that only care about $. Development opportunities are sparce which limits career growth.
