Pros

One of the biggest advantages of working at Econos is the flexibility, which makes it much easier for me to manage both my studies and my job. The management is very understanding and supportive, and I truly appreciate the way they encourage my personal and professional growth. Another aspect I value a lot is the young and dynamic team, which creates a friendly and motivating atmosphere.

Cons

Some processes could become more structured as the company grows.

Pros

At ECONOS, I found exactly the combination I was looking for: professionalism and great people. The projects are challenging and meaningful – you get to work with major companies on topics that truly make a difference for the environment and for how businesses understand sustainability. What I appreciate most is that you’re never “just an employee.” You are part of a team that listens, values your ideas, and gives you space to grow. I’ve learned a lot, but at the same time, I’ve always felt supported and encouraged. For me, ECONOS is not just a job – it’s a place where work has purpose and where you feel that what you do really matters. If you’re looking for a warm, open, and forward-thinking environment, this is the right place.

Cons

Because projects are diverse, you’re constantly learning new things – it can be intense at times, but never boring.

Pros

Growing sustainability consultancy with real impact on clients’ carbon footprint. Exposure to diverse industries (agriculture, pharma, IT, transport, etc.). Hands-on experience with cutting-edge emissions accounting tools and standards (GHG Protocol, CSRD, SBTi). Flat hierarchy and direct access to senior decision-makers. Flexibility and autonomy in project work.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines (not ideal if you prefer routine). Startup-style workload can mean longer hours during peak periods. Overall, a great place to grow if you are open to learning new things.
