Amazing company - Sales Associate ECO Technology Employee Review

Complete fraud of a company. Will call you in for 'sales interview' but it is actually a door to door scam. The CEO will literally instruct Sales reps to "find the desperate people with crap in their front lawn, find the old people who dont speak english" 100% of their sales are fraudulent where the sales rep will tell the customer that they owe nothing and then place a $75k tax lien on the homeowner's property. The office phone rings off the hook of old and current customers complaining about being scammed. The CEO does not pay his sales reps in full and withholds portions of their paychecks as a 'strategy to keep them working" Just a rotten way to run a company from top to bottom. This company only exists in the US because in Canada the company was shut down for predatory tactics and misleading customers.

There are no pros, job is terrible.

Owners never pay the companies or workers that do work for them. Constantly have to be the face of the company when it comes to money that is owed to these workers and companies, since owners are always hiding or refuse to pay. Owners only care about their money and profits, and not for their customers or the people they work with. No benefits or paid holidays. Owners don’t care for their employees or their health/safety.
