      - Plenty of exposure outside of design, including project management and business development. - Learn a lot about all engineering disciplines. - Lots of opportunity to be involved in varied projects.

      Cons

      - Fast paced environment with smaller projects means you don't generally get too involved with the technical details, rushing work is common and inevitably mistakes occur
