Pros

ECI has been a great place to work for me. The company is growing, which means that there are always opportunities to participate in projects that help with your own career growth. The leaders genuinely want to see the company, and all those associated with it, succeed. They promote work life balance and offer remote work options. People generally tend to be open to change and there are a lot of different ways to get involved with various departments. Colleagues are kind and there is a good recognition system where you can give thanks to coworkers when they help you.

Cons

This is an old school tech company with old school, and slow, ways of thinking and communicating. As with any growing company, there are challenges and growing pains, but most are manageable. Compared to other tech companies, ECI's benefits are poor and there are zero initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Pros

Great culture and work life balance. Leadership is personable and knowledgeable.

Cons

Other departments may not share the same culture. So this mostly reflects the finance department which has been my experience.

Work remotely, potential to move around within company

Cons

Lots of corporate time wasting, where nothing seems to function efficiently because there’s too many higher-ups hired to “oversee” or manage nothing. Seemed like they were so committed to selling the mission and vision to employees that they took no time to focus on improving the products to actually have long term value.
