Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated working remotely during your time at ECI. However, we regret that your experiences with us did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the efficiency of our internal management structures and the alignment between our product development and customer feedback.
