Too many backstabbers, company politics, nepotism, favoritism. Incompetent owners. Too many cowboy rednecks with too little educational background or training. Virtually no on the job training. Managers cherry pick accounts and cheat their salesman of commissions. Too much questionable accounting. Territories are constantly violated. Technical people are poorly paid due to the fact many are poorly qualified for their jobs. This is a major good old boy network. The company is owned and operated by the trophy wife of the former owner who died years ago. Current owner has no industry experience and gives relatives jobs who are not qualified for the positions they have.
