Pros

There are far too few to even mention… maybe just the fact that they force their marketing department to write fake positive reviews here. How pathetic is that?

Cons

Every single former employee describes this place as “the most traumatizing work experience”. The level of incompetence is extreme. The former CEO and founder was highly unskilled, both in business and in communication with employees and internal management. Unfortunately, the new CEO will drive the company to complete collapse in just a matter of months. Within a very short time, she managed to fire key people based purely on personal preferences, announcing them at the end of the month that they had to resign starting the next day… that women is in an absolute lack of empathy, managerial or leadership skills. She will whatever just to prove that she can “save some money”, in reality losing a lot of them on a long term play…. Extremely incompetent. In reality she is just an average executor, not having a vision, strategy, experience… but do you know what? It’s ok, cause in the end they are just constantly searching who to blame … They constantly make promises they never keep. If they promise you better salaries or conditions upon hiring, do not believe them — they never follow through. The employee turnover is outrageous — people come and go non-stop. The company is in complete chaos, with no structure or stability, and the culture is built on blame-shifting. This is by far the most incompetent company I have ever seen, with zero chance of growth or expansion.

Pros

they offer internships; you can combine work with studying; a good option for beginners; there is parking. Small but interesting projects where you can really feel your impact on the product. They’ve introduced performance reviews, so 1–2 times a year a promotion is possible if you prove that you’ve acquired all the required skills listed in their matrix. In my case, there was no micromanagement, which is also a big plus. The option to work remotely two days a week.

Cons

they may load one person with 2–3 projects at the same time, which hurts work quality and results. Salaries are not high. Management is not very professional, there is a very high staff turnover, people are constantly leaving. They may also assign tasks that are not related to your role or area of responsibility. The Business Analyst department is very weak. Another downside is that every time you want to work remotely, you have to submit a request if you change the day of the week.
