Pros

Great place to start a career in the world of tech sales and sales related activities. Company has services in appointment setting, data management, salesforce administration, marketing services/website design and management and full sales as a service (commission included) A great place to learn about how companies manage their business processes and sales pipelines. Lots of room to grow. Many SDR/BDR's get promoted to the Sales Division where they can make commissions on closing deals. Some SDR/BDR's have made their way into Marketing or became a certified Salesforce Admin getting trained for free to pass their Salesforce admin certifications. Most of leadership started as a BDR at some point over the years. Everyone in management knows what they are doing. Even though this is 100% remote, there is a lot of support from leadership. Yes, there is a lot of cold calling in the appointment setting and sales services, but that was expected - nothing hidden there. CEO is meets with the entire company once a month to discuss what is going on with the company even going as far as sharing financials and company direction and growth.

Cons

Working on a project by yourself - even though every client relationship has a project manager- can fell a bit lonely some times. Part of that is just working at home for 8 hours and not having a ton of conversations if you are cold calling

Pros

A good starting place for sales to teach you the fundamentals top to bottom.

Cons

Poor management and direction. Incredibly difficult workload for the salary. You'll be working multiple difficult to manage projects at once with minimal support.
