      Flex scheduling Not really a lot more pros can't really think of any just trying to make the minimum so here i am typing away and typing and typing and typing and typing and typing and typing

      Cons

      Transportation costs not included NO support for dealing with needy and crazy parents PAY is LOW for the amount of work we do, and the CEO gets paid more than us for the hour of tutoring that WE are doing Must travel all over the city to meet student NO Benefits included Taxes are not deducted so you always owe taxes at the end of the year

      The director is professional and experienced in the field of education. Her company is well established. Excellent educational materials are provided as well as training.

      Cons

      It would be great to receive a higher hourly rate over time.

      Paperwork at the end of the month for billing purposes is a lot.
