We worked for the first month some even more without visas . A few people had to make their own employment visas because the company was taking longer and they had overstayed. BOH management verbally and physically abused staff , some would kick and punch staff during service,this is at the newly Michelin guide awarded restaurant . They stopped paying tips to staff without a reason for 5 months if I’m not mistaken . Once you resign they will cheat you on the calculations , ignore you for atleast a month or more and not respond to your emails or calls and that’s how you lose your gratuity ,dews and tips. They do not care about staff only the management that gets paid so much yet the lower staff are doing the hard work. During Ramadan we worked 13/14ht shift without compensation, forced to work during the storm , everyday working minimum 12hours some are doing more . No work life balance
If you know what’s good for you stay away from this group .
