Since joining Eagle about 15 months ago, I've witnessed great evolution in many departments. When a hurdle was identified, different departments leveraged very smart team-members to modify and optimize processes...or create an all-new solution. Agile development process. Less-manual/more automated Project Management revenue forecasting, Marketing automation, Sales Lead Generation....and more. Plus, the production studio continues to crank out great videos, eCommercials, eLearnings and more...all with top-notch production value.
Cons
Process change and alignment with new parent company, NIIT, results (as usual) with some folks resisting change...so true company-wide alignment is still a work in progress.
