Longevity, place for growth. Break room with ++benefits- free snacks! Great staff and caring co-workers. Great location with close by Gym membership & you will never run out of Lunch locations to try. Holiday Bonus & Holiday Party. Tech savvy Company with lots of work program upgrades. I have really enjoyed working for EA, and have weathered the ups and downs during my time here. I have had other job offers over the years, but have stayed on here because I love it. Through it all, I feel like I am always learning something new and getting better at what I know. I really enjoy my Boss(es) and the HR manager. Support staff is amazing and everyone works as a team to get the job done. This company values it clients and employees. There is always some fun Employee event happening and Management is creative in finding ways to promote Employee Recognition. My co-workers are like family, and the job itself is rewarding.

The building's bathroom situation (not EA's fault!)- there is a downstairs back up, though. Also the office is very long from the front door to the break room- but at least you get your steps in!
