The pay is terrible for someone with a bachelor's degree in science and a master's degree in engineering. The benefits are poor. There's NO SICK LEAVE. You have to use your vacation time when you get sick. The staff is very high strung and the most common form of communication is yelling at one another to get assignments accomplished. They use people with M.S. degrees to do technician/technologist type work even though a high school graduate could perform the same type of work. This causes the employees to feel undervalued and unchallenged while also allowing the company to avoid paying them a proper salary. This is a terrible place to work for anyone with an advanced degree. Seek another company. It may feel fulfilling if you have a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree only but that's just speculation. Be forewarned, the reward for hard work at EAEST is not time off or recognition. It's more work and more responsibility. This is terrible incentive for any employee at any company.
