Pros

* People are really friendly and helpful. * Since the team is very small, you are going to get to learn a lot of things[only if you are curious enough, don't expect to be spoon fed] * If you would like to improve your communication skills, then this is great opportunity.

Cons

* The job is very monotonous after a time. * You will be speaking with lot of frustrated customers. * Don't expect any hikes * If you are a north Indian, be ready to face challenges like food, language. * Very low scope of growth, becuase there is no discussion on latest technology trends in the market. * You are expected to solve the same stupid and boring tickets repeatedly everyday. * The services are very unreliable. Every week there is some or the other service going down. * The manager is at times worst.

Pros

The Good Compensation is decent, and joining this company feels promising initially. The opportunity seemed exciting on paper.

Cons

The Reality However, the experience quickly shifts. There is genuinely nothing to learn here. Leadership has no clear strategy — priorities change every 2–3 months, leaving teams confused and directionless. Resource Utilization is Abysmal Senior management has no idea how to utilize mid-to-senior level talent. You will find yourself sitting idle for hours — sometimes full 9-hour days, 5 days a week — with zero meaningful work assigned. It’s demoralizing and a complete waste of potential. Toxic Culture & Favoritism There is blatant favoritism at play. If you’re not in the “in” group, you will be sidelined. Taking leaves? Be prepared to be shamed for it. The culture does not respect basic work-life boundaries. Leadership is the Biggest Red Flag The leadership quality, especially at the VP-Engineering level, is deeply concerning. Key decision-makers lack basic communication and strategic thinking skills, yet somehow hold senior titles. It raises serious questions about how hiring and promotions happen here. No Dignified Exit Process Even the offboarding is handled poorly. Employees are not given a respectful or professional exit experience, which says everything about how the company values its people. Bottom Line The money isn’t worth your career stagnation, mental health, or time. This has been, by far, one of the worst professional experiences one can have — and I would never recommend this company to anyone serious about growth.
