      Leuke mensen op de werkvloer.

      Cons

      Ze nemen graag alleen blonde mensen aan. Directie is koud: micro-managen is hun hobby. Je krijgt geen vrijheid/ruimte. Het werk is eentonig. Je moet betalen voor je eigen koffie en thee. De lunch is niet normaal prijzig voor wat je krijgt en je krijgt elke dag hetzelfde. Helaas is het verplicht om aan de lunch mee te doen.

      Pros

      I learned a lot alongside my fellow teammates, some of whom I developed a lasting friendship with. That is all thanks to the office atmosphere present in E-Wise, in my opinion

      No bad experiences that I made as a part-time worker

      Pros

      Great onboarding, nice and helpful people. Feels like a close team, good lunch and frequent events. I'm really happy I joined this company in 2022.

      Cons

      Apart from lunch and events, teams are situated in different parts of the building which feels a bit 'unconnected'. Walk around to meet colleagues could be more promoted
