      E-WISE heeft geen HR-afdeling, geen ondernemingsraad, geen cao. Als je je niet veilig voelt bij je teamleider kun je dit niet bij een neutrale objectieve functionaris bespreken en wordt er geen gehoor aan gegeven.

      Pros

      I learned a lot alongside my fellow teammates, some of whom I developed a lasting friendship with. That is all thanks to the office atmosphere present in E-Wise, in my opinion

      Pros

      Great onboarding, nice and helpful people. Feels like a close team, good lunch and frequent events. I'm really happy I joined this company in 2022.

      Cons

      Apart from lunch and events, teams are situated in different parts of the building which feels a bit 'unconnected'. Walk around to meet colleagues could be more promoted
